Cacesa Tech and Logistics is an international freight and e-commerce logistics company founded in 1987. Customers use tracking to follow parcels moving across Europe, Latin America, Asia, and Africa. The company handles over 150 million parcels annually as a European leader in customs clearance. E-commerce platforms, freight operators, and cross-border consolidators rely on this system for parcel visibility.

About Cacesa

Company was founded in 1987 by Iberia Airlines as a specialist air cargo freight forwarding company. The company initially focused on Latin American markets before expanding into Asia and global operations. Since April 2025, Company has been part of CTT Group, strengthening its capacity to serve customers worldwide.

The tracking number is issued at dispatch and used to monitor every active parcel shipment. The tracking gives customers real-time visibility over consignments from origin through to delivery. Company built its own track and trace platform integrated directly into daily operations.

The company processed just 50,000 e-commerce packets in 2015 before rapid and consistent exponential growth. By 2021 the annual volume had reached 132 million packets across its European and Latin American networks. The forecast for 2023 targeted more than 150 million packets as the growth trajectory continued strongly.

Their self-built ERP platform integrates customs clearance, fulfilment, last mile, and customer service together. Artificial intelligence robots perform key operational tasks with a target of zero errors across processes. This proprietary technology is the foundation that enables the company to handle such enormous parcel volumes.

In 2019 Company opened its first international office in Liège, Belgium, beginning its European expansion. The company now operates its own offices and staff in Belgium, Poland, UK, Netherlands, France, and Turkey. Additional offices in Hungary, Morocco, and Serbia extend the network across emerging European logistics corridors.

Services cover terminal handling and customs clearance for B2C e-commerce from China to the EU. UK e-commerce handling, B2B2C services, fulfilment in Madrid, and bonded fulfilment in Morocco are also available. E-commerce truck connections link EU, UK, Turkey, Serbia, and Morocco hubs for cross-border road movements.

ALAER, a 100 percent Cacesa-owned subsidiary, provides airport logistics services at major Spanish airports. International representation through ALAER complements their broader logistics offering across its global network. Together Cacesa and ALAER form a comprehensive air cargo and e-commerce ecosystem based in Madrid.
